The furnitures in the room were old. There were stains marks a over the bedside tables and table top near tv. At least, the hotel owner could have given them a new vanish or a paint-over to give the room furniture a fresh look. Also the bedding doesn't smell fresh. It will be good that there is a jug kettle provided for use in the room. Overall the room and facilities has failed my expextation. The front office staff checking us in does not look friendly at all.

The bed cleanliness really worst, have stains, hairs, and also dust! Felt itchy after lying on the bed, and request a new blanket or towel with the reception counter but need to be extra charge. The hotel located nearby MCD, it’s really convenient but near to the big road. The noise reduction should be improve due to the motorcycles racing on the road can be heard clearly, cant sleep well for the whole night. Bed dirty, no clean blanket, noisy. Worst experience ever……

酒店附近有伊斯蘭教堂，如果一早怕祈禱的播放太大聲時，不建議訂房。但如果是穆斯林朋友，是一個不錯的選價，房費低廉，且旁邊有教堂可以祈禱，也有麥當勞，旁邊還有小超市，走路不遠處還有AEON和Loutus。生活機能不錯。

Used to be called Suria 18. Changed management & hotel is now JQ Suria 18. Anyway hotel is still as good. Aircon is cold enough even tho it states 'cooling only' in d adveet online. The double bed room type is also vry spacious even tho it states 11m² in d online advert. Flooring is a light color wood laminate. There's shampoo & shower gel & towels but no toothbrushes,no hair dryer, no fridge. I gv only 4 for lication coz if on foot to Aeon Station 18, it'll take 10mins+ & hv to cross a big & busy road. If you use car, then no problem. On d whole, its a vry pleasant stay.

Pros: Hotel dekat supermarket, kedai makan. Cons: Bilik takde fridge. Bantal tebal sangat & tilam jenis keras. Ada blood stain di selimut. Oh ya, iron kena request ya di lobi.

Nama hotel tidak betul dalam check-in slip, jadi saya hadapi masalah mencarinya walau dengan app Waze, dihantar ke hotel lain yang dimiliki syarikat sama, dan saya perlu tanyakan 3 orang baru dapat tahu di mana lokasinya, mencarinya amat sukar! Kemudian bila saya check-in dan bertanya pasal nama hotel, Pengurusnya amat bebal dengan memberitahu "lain kali masukkan nama...". Ini satu kebodohan tidak wajar sebab saya ikut resit tempahan (check-in slip). Saya dah seharian dari Selama, Kedah untuk majlis pertunangan dan masalah ini disebabkan nama yang tidak betul ubah mood saya. Saya TIDAK recommend jika anda mahu bercuti danb bersiar kerana masalah staff yang bebal dan tidak ada simpati pada tetamu/pelanggan!
